The day I found out...

 If you tell me you didn't cry when you found out I won't believe you.

Whether you are happy or sad there was definitely tears in your eyes. Come on.. admit it.

I mean when I found out, I was with a friend who told me to take a pregnancy test because I was sick for a few days now. But you know I decided to buy it, with the idea she is being too over protective and that it's just a stomach bug or something.

"Come on Jess I'm deffo not pregnant" - I said

So I went to the bathroom, sat on the toilet, peed on the stick and waited. I actually remember thinking I can't wait to go out and get drunk on the weekend whilst waiting for the results because I just thought it won't happen to me.

I turned it around after 3 minutes even thought it said wait 5 and to my suprise i got a positive result. I honestly burst into tears. Crying so loud my friend ran into the toilet thinking something had happened to me.

"I'm pregnant Jess!!!!" - I yelled "I can't be pregnant right now!!! What am I going to do now"

I think she was more happy then I ever was. I mean she definitely was because I'm not gonna lie it took me time to get used to the idea of having a baby.

And that day i started my journey as a parent. At that stage i didn't know I would be a single parent. But I'll tell you how I realised in the next post.
